Un-processing your "Diet"

One of the joys of being a fitness professional is sharing my knowledge through research and experience. I get asked all the time about eating habits and dieting. I have NEVER been a fan of dieting as it refers to cutting out or limiting certain foods, but rather dieting as creating a healthy diet that you will be able to stick to for the long run.
