My name is Diana Smithson, Owner of Stronger Today Fitness located in Surprise, AZ. My passion for health and fitness started as a teenager. I danced, played basketball and stayed physically active. As a young adult, I learned different types of fitness that made me feel strong and added variety to my routines.
My passion for Personal Training started shortly after having my 4th child, 10 years ago. I felt the need to give others the blessing that I received of continuous health through constant movement and training. I saw the effects of not staying active had on so many. The passion escalated when I was given the opportunity to help some family members continue to train through their personal health challenges and setbacks. They were able to see that they could still move their body with the right trainer creating that personalized approach. I sought education to give each client personalized attention. There isn't a cookie cutter formula for losing weight and increasing muscle; it's individual. I set out to help others feel instead of look a certain way.
As your postural alignment practitioner and corrective exercise trainer, I will be here to listen to all your questions, concerns, achievements and goals! My goal is to help you feel STRONGER TODAY!

We all have the desire to get fit and feel great. Our functional approach to fitness sets us apart from any other Fitness Center based in the West Valley of Phoenix. We also teach the value of eating quality foods that will encourage muscle retention and fat loss.
